Welcome to the Georgia Office of Child Fatality Review (OCFR)
The Georgia Office of Child Fatality Review (OCFR) provides direction, oversight, and training for each of the 159 Child Fatality Review Committees.
The purpose of local CFR Committees is to provide a confidential forum to determine the cause and circumstances around child deaths. The CFR Committees work not only to review the circumstances of deaths, but also to identify opportunities for prevention and education.
